FABRICA - Venetian Mirror

MATT PYKE - universal Everything, Everyone Forever
I went to see the Decode exhibition on Sunday and it was very good. Some of the pieces were not working, but the ones that were were totally worth the trip down to the V&A. Venetian mirror frames people who sit or stand in front of the piece for about a minute or so. Video grid was by far the most fun interactive piece in which people can pick a spot on the grid and record themselves for 2 seconds or so, leaving the recording to play over and over again until it is replaced by someone else's recording. Body paint is also quite fun, especially for kids... it is an interactive painting that reacts to movements. Everyone forever is a rotating image with text that changes constantly. Definitely worth going to see!!
